Sign ordering information

All signs are manufactured with engineer grade sheeting on aluminum unless otherwise specified. Please indicate the following when ordering:

1. Sign catalog number or federal MUTCD number.
2. Sheeting requirement: engineer grade, high intensity, SEG, fluorescent diamond grade.
3. Substrate requirement: plywood, aluminum, plastic or other.
4. Color of sheeting and color of lettering or images.
5. Sign dimensions (horizontal dimension first - see Example).
6. Hole and corner radius specifications for custom signs: otherwise standard FHWA requirements apply.
7. Arrow direction(s) if applicable.

Orders for non-standard signs and street names signs must be submitted in writing in order to eliminate possible errors as a result of miscommunication over the telephone.

Standard signs are considered to be those illustrated in this catalog. We will be happy to provide quotes on any non-standard requirement you may have. Non-standard signs are non-returnable.
