Requests for quotations should be sent or phoned into the office with the item description, desired quantity, and delivery requirements.

Subject to approval by credit department. Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date. 1.5% service charge will be added to all past due invoices. Credit approval and finance charges do not apply to governmental agencies. Orders less than $75.00 subject to $5.00 handling fee.

All items are F.O.B. factory unless otherwise quoted in writing or noted in this catalog. Orders over $500.00 freight free.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt of goods and note on carrier delivery receipt if damage is discovered. Should you discover hidden damage after delivery, you should contact the carrier immediately and request an inspection report be completed.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied with a return authorization number. Goods returned without authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. Standard restocking charge is 15%.

Please package returned goods in the same manner as you received them. DO NOT tape sign blanks together. On finished signs or faces, package with care, be sure that there is slip sheeting between each piece.

All return credit will be given after we receive merchandise, verify the quantity, and inspect for damage due to negligence on the part of the customer.
